BSides Vilnius is a non-profit

BSides Vilnius is organized by BSides Vilnius, VšĮ — a Lithuanian non-profit. Every edition is built by volunteers and funded almost entirely by sponsors. The crew does not pay itself any salaries — every euro goes back into the event. Ticket revenue alone does not cover the real cost of producing a two-day cybersecurity conference; the rest comes from companies who believe in growing the local security community.

Why we need sponsors

We deliberately keep ticket prices very low for everyone — so cost is never the reason someone misses out. That only works because our partners cover the gap. Your sponsorship directly funds:

• The venue — two full days, including stage, AV and break-out areas
• Catering — coffee, lunch and refreshments for hundreds of attendees
• The CTF tournament — infrastructure, prizes and challenge design
• Workshops — hands-on sessions led by expert instructors
• Speaker hospitality — bringing international voices to Vilnius

• Direct access to a focused audience of security practitioners, engineers and decision-makers from across the Baltics and beyond
