FAQ

Common questions about BSides Vilnius 2026. For details about the venue, the schedule, the CTF, or workshops, see the dedicated pages.

Before the event

Can I buy tickets at the door?
All tickets are only sold online.

What is the refund policy for tickets?
Please contact [email protected] if you would like to request a refund.

What language will the talks and workshops be in?
All talks and workshops will be held in English.

Will the workshops be online or in-person?
All workshops are in-person only, held at the venue on June 3rd. There will be no online or remote option.

Where can I park?
Street parking only, and it's paid. Grab a spot wherever you can find one near the venue.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Although the venue is not very accessible, our volunteers will be glad to help you out. Please contact us in advance with your request.

At the venue

Will food be provided?
Hot food will not be provided. You can either go outside to grab something nearby or order delivery via Wolt or Bolt. Snacks, coffee, tea, and water will be available at the venue.

Can I bring my own water bottle?
Absolutely! Let's avoid single-use cups and bottles. Feel free to bring your own.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?
There will be no public WiFi hotspot.

Will there be a cloakroom or storage for luggage?
A cloakroom will be available, but space is limited. Please avoid bringing large items. Note that event organisers will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Will there be a quiet/work area?
There is no dedicated quiet/work area. We recommend not planning virtual meetings or important work if you're attending the event.

Are children allowed at the event?
Children are generally not permitted unless otherwise stated. Please contact us if you have questions.

Are pets allowed at the venue?
Unfortunately, no. We ask that you leave your pets at home.

During the event

Is there a dress code?
Come as you are. That said, our 2026 theme is "Security Theater" — so if you want to dress for the part (costumes, props, suspiciously oversized compliance checklists), the stage is yours.

As a sponsor, will I get a special badge?
Absolutely! Please mention that you are a holder of a special sponsor ticket at the entrance to receive a special add-on for your badge.

What if I need help during the event?
If you have any questions or need anything during the event, you can approach the info center or any volunteer. You can recognize them by the word "CREW" written on their back.

What if there's an emergency?
Stay calm and follow our crew's instructions — they'll guide everyone to the nearest exit. The emergency number in Lithuania is 112. For general personal preparedness, lt72.lt is a handy reference worth keeping bookmarked, along with the shelter map.

After the event

Will there be an afterparty?
Yes. The afterparty will be held at the same venue right after the main event.

Will talks be recorded?
No, we are not planning to record the talks this year. Enjoy the moment!
